Order Processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been successfully confirmed. In most cases, processing is completed within 24 business hours. This only refers to handling time before shipment — not delivery.
During higher order volume or when additional review is required, preparation may take longer than expected. Some orders go through manual checks, especially if details need to be verified.
Once an order is ready, it is assigned to a warehouse based on the delivery address. This means the shipping origin is not fixed and may vary depending on the order.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is counted from the moment the order is shipped, not when it is placed.
Estimated transit time: 7–20 business days after dispatch. Some shipments arrive sooner, others take longer. It depends on routing, local handling, and carrier conditions.
Delays may happen due to factors such as customs processing, transportation issues, or local delivery disruptions. These are outside of our direct control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. This page does not list fixed shipping rates.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once the order has been shipped. Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours and updates depend on the carrier's system.
If tracking does not appear immediately, it usually means the carrier has not fully registered the shipment yet.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in the order total and, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or delivery issues.
If you notice an error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has already entered processing.
Delivery Support
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, you can contact us for assistance. We can help review the shipment status and check for any delays. Some cases require us to coordinate with the carrier, which may take additional time.
Returned Shipments
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to address issues, it may be returned. After the returned shipment is received and reviewed, we will contact you regarding the next steps. Additional handling or reshipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
